Terms of Service

Last updated: June 7, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of useframeflow.com (the “Site”) and the services offered by Frameflow (“Frameflow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a sole proprietorship operated by Kai Ennis and based in New York, United States. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Frameflow is a creative services studio. We produce advertising creative — including images, video, and written copy — designed for use on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). We are a creative service only. We do not manage advertising campaigns, place or optimize ad spend, or access, log in to, or operate any client advertising or social media account.

Client Engagements

Paid engagements are governed by a separate signed Creative Services Agreement between you and Frameflow. If anything in these Terms conflicts with that Agreement, the signed Agreement controls for that engagement. These Terms govern general use of the Site.

No Guarantee of Results

We create advertising creative to a professional standard, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control — including your offer, pricing, audience, budget, and the policies and algorithms of the platforms where the creative runs. Nothing on the Site or in our communications should be read as a promise of particular sales, leads, or returns.

Payments

Fees, billing terms, and deliverables for paid work are set out in your Creative Services Agreement. Payments are processed through Stripe. Unless otherwise stated in your Agreement, fees are non-refundable once work on a given period has begun.

Deliverables and Ownership

Upon full payment for a given engagement period, ownership of the final creative deliverables produced for you during that period transfers to you, as further described in your Creative Services Agreement. We may display non-confidential work we produce in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing. You are responsible for ensuring any assets you provide to us (logos, photos, text, brand materials) do not infringe the rights of others.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for how creative is used once delivered, including compliance with all applicable laws and with the advertising policies of Meta and any other platform where you run it. This includes any claims, disclaimers, or regulatory requirements relating to medical, aesthetic, or health-related services.

Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frameflow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement, as further set out in your Creative Services Agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
