Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Frameflow (“Frameflow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a sole proprietorship operated by Kai Ennis and based in New York, United States, collects, uses, and protects information in connection with useframeflow.com (the “Site”) and our creative services. By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect limited information in the course of running our business:
Business contact information. As part of our outreach, we collect publicly available business contact details (such as business name, email address, and website) for med spas and related businesses in the United States. If you respond to our outreach, we retain that correspondence.
Information you provide. When you fill out our onboarding form, book a call, or email us, we collect the details you choose to share — such as your name, business name, email address, and information about your business and goals.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our systems; Stripe handles that information under its own privacy and security practices.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct calls, deliver our creative services, process payments, send service-related communications, and improve our offering. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small set of third-party tools to operate. Each processes only the information needed for its function, under its own privacy policy:
Stripe (payment processing), Cal.com (call scheduling), Tally (onboarding forms), Instantly (outreach email), Dropbox Sign (e-signatures for agreements), Google Workspace (email and file storage), and Vercel (website hosting).
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the third-party service providers listed above as needed to operate, or where required by law. We do not access, manage, or log in to any client advertising account, and we do not collect or process the personal data of your customers.
Your Choices
You may opt out of our outreach at any time by replying to ask us to stop, and we will remove your contact details from our sequences. You may also request that we access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing kai@useframeflow.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold and rely on reputable providers with their own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Links to Other Sites
Our Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
Children’s Privacy
Our Site and services are intended for businesses and individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
